SERVICE DELIVERY TECHNIQUES is a two-day workshop where you learn to deliver solutions, develop long-term relationships, discover techniques and practice behaviors used by successful consultants.

GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT prepares you for both domestic and international assignments through a step-by-step development of a Project Specific Culture with a focus on project planning.

THE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS focuses on the sales and solution delivery process from a service delivery consultant viewpoint. Participants discover the value they are expected to provide to the Customer and Delivery Organization.

INTERNAL CONSULTING is where participants learn to get things done within their organization. During this one-day workshop, participants construct a service level agreement and an approach to outsourcing.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS is a one-day workshop that zooms in on project communications and risk management. Participants create an Expectations Management Strategy designed to address any stakeholder emergency.

PROJECT ORGANIZATION MODEL is a one-day workshop where the participant will learn to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual and prevent project runaway.
