"The program provided me with skills, tools and a step-by-step process that will help me organise some seemingly impossible projects. What I learned will certainly help when working on future projects. The Handbook is an extremely useful tool for planning and monitoring projects on-the-job. The case study was excellent. Very realistic in terms of office politics and personalities. Good detail and use of case study made training workable and meaningful. The case study provided a real-life scenario to grapple with. I felt we were really involved in the project. The best part of the course was the structure and methodology presented for creating work breakdowns and task lists in a team environment. I felt actively involved all the time-good process, good interaction, good case study and good job aids to carry away. The course presented not only concepts but also hints and practice at applying the ideas on the job. I felt the program included everything necessary to be a successful project manager. The job aids will be most helpful applying the information on the job. Well organised, great content-especially the ?cookbook? yet real world combination. The facilitator was organised and knowledgeable. That made the workshop even more relevant to my work. "
