Agile Advice

Why use Agile methods? What are the biggest adoption challenges? In what environments does Agile succeed and fail? Two Agile advocates provide some answers that can help others making the transition to Agile.

Pollyana Pixton and Roland Cuellar are well-known speakers and advisors in the Agile world, having helped hundreds or organizations successfully implement Agile practices.
