An Action Environment

As a project leader, you want to create an environment that values getting things done. And it all starts with you. Your behaviors can set the tone and expectations for the entire team. Here are four that show you’re serious about action and progress.

As a project leader, you want to create an environment that favors actions and values getting things done. And it all starts with you. Your behavior will set the tone and expectations for the entire team. With that in mind, Jeff Oltmann of Synergy Professional Services says project leaders need to personally demonstrate four behaviors — driving, delegating, listening and measuring — that show they’re serious about action and progress.
