Agile ALM solution introduces cloud-based data warehouse, social media collaboration tools and role-based dashboards.
Rally unveiled the third generation of its award-winning Agile application lifecycle management (ALM) solution featuring a cloud-based data warehouse that provides decision-support tools to instantly view custom roll-up and drill-down status reports across distributed teams, helping them analyze root causes of problems and forecast feature delivery.

Rally’s new ALM features include a report designer for users to create custom reports tailored to their unique processes; role-based dashboards for contributors, managers and executives; a customizable user interface that includes social media tools to improve collaboration among distributed teams and show recent project activity; time-tracking for developers to enter time at several levels, including projects and tasks, allowing their hours to be aggregated, reported and exported for budget tracking, billing and capitalization purposes; and the promise of faster performance based on a reduction in initial page size and enhanced in-line editing.
