PMI North Carolina Chapter has endowed an annual scholarship in the amount of $2,500 for individuals pursuing a university-level degree in project management or a related field through the PMI Educational Foundation. For students starting programs in September 2009, applications will be accepted online until June 1 at www.pmief.org. Applicants must be enrolled in or applying for an accredited academic degree program in project management or a related field benefiting from project management. First priority will be given to residents of North Carolina. …
Stacey Hopkins has been named a project manager at custom software solutions provider I.T. by Design, Baton Rouge, La., in a role that includes management of development staff, project planning and technical leadership.
