Agile Talk, Pt. II
Scott Valentine   (March 6, 2008)

In this roundtable series on emerging trends in Agile adoption, application and acceptance, three technology executives discuss how Agile methods have made a difference in their organizations, from influencing their decision making and hiring practices, to improving team and customer interaction.

In the first installment of this series — “Agile Talk” (Dec. 17, 2007) — three proponents of Agile methodologies discussed the major benefits, responded to common criticisms and concerns, and set some misconceptions straight. In this second installment, three technology executives — Craig Fitzpatrick, founder and CEO of DevShop; Dave Wessinger, co-founder and CTO of Point Click Care; and Kent Alstad, co-founder and chief technology officer of Strangeloop Networks — continue the discussion, addressing a range of topics including how Agile compares to other methods, and emerging trends in adoption and acceptance.

Welcome and thanks to all for taking part in today’s discussion.
