Stage-Gate Inc. has endorsed CA Clarity for organizations seeking to optimize their planning, resource allocation, scheduling, workflow and reporting on new product development (NPD) projects. Employed in some form by more than 70 percent of North American companies, according to surveys, the Stage-Gate process is a conceptual and operational road map for moving a new product project from idea to launch.
“Although the adoption and awareness of Stage Gate is fairly high, the companies that are successful are relatively few.
