Three new products integrate the worlds of application lifecycle management and CRM to extend Agile efforts beyond development teams.
Rally Software Development Corp. is releasing a suite of new agility products built on the Force.com platform that integrate Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) applications with Rally’s application lifecycle management solutions. The three offerings — Rally Support Connector, Community Manager and Product Manager — are designed to bring transparency into development status, drive development priorities based on customer value, and speed time to market.
Rally Support Connector focuses on customer responsiveness by allowing support staff to communicate the development status of customer-reported defects and feature requests from within Salesforce.
