Recent alliances, acquisitions and implementations in the world of project and portfolio management.
Planview has partnered with Fujitsu Consulting and SRA International to extend its presence in the federal market. SRA will integrate Planview Enterprise portfolio management software into its federal Enterprise Architecture (EA) services, and Fujitsu Consulting will call on Enterprise to support its end-to-end portfolio management solution to meet the demands of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Earned Value Management (EVM), EA and OMB Exhibit 300 processes.
In addition to the partnerships, Planview is unveiling a new version of the Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM), an EVM solution for agencies and contractors that enables organizations to manage multiple EVM programs by providing access to a consolidated database of all projects and programs. MPM is compliant with ANSI/EIA-748, and is applied on critical programs in the Department of Defense, Department of Education, NASA and Department of Transportation. MPM joined the Planview product family in February when Planview acquired Business Engine, and is used by hundreds of organizations, including eight of the top 10 aerospace and defense contractors.
