What’s New In Project 2007?
John Carroll   (December 14, 2006)

Microsoft Office Project 2007 introduces some bug fixes, cosmetic changes and useful features. Is it enough for current Project users to justify rushing out to buy the upgrade? Here’s an early look at what has and hasn’t changed.

Editor's note: Our December homepage poll has found that 78 percent of your organizations use Microsoft Project, either as one piece of a project management solution (41 percent) or for the majority of enterprise project management (37 percent). However, only 10 percent plan to upgrade immediately to the newly released Project 2007, while 61 percent will eventually and 29 percent have no plans to do so.
