AtTask has released @task 4, a completely redesigned enterprise project management solution that is platform, database and browser independent. Available on-demand or self-hosted, @task is designed for the whole project team, from the IT department running UNIX or Linux, to the creative staff using PowerBooks and Macs, to the executive team.

In addition to the new architecture, @task also has a number of new features, including tabbed navigation interface that allows users to customize the tabs to display only the data that they need. Users can also filter and group lists dynamically; apply different views with custom data; and organize and manipulate data more effectively and efficiently than has been previously possible.

New task management features allow users to manage and assign tasks with constraints such as “as soon as possible,” “as late as possible,” “finishes no later than,” and others.
