EV analysis is one of the most undervalued, underused and misunderstood areas of project management, primarily because people think you need an accounting degree to implement it. Quentin Fleming does a good job of demystifying earned value.
RE: The Case for Earned Value
I just finished reading the July/August issue from cover to cover. This was one of the most enjoyable reading experiences I've had in a long time. I especially liked "The Case for Earned Value" [One On One]. EV analysis is one of the most undervalued, underused and misunderstood areas of project management, primarily because people think you need an accounting degree to implement it. Quentin Fleming does a good job of demystifying earned value.
