A question has crossed my desk three different times in the last week, which suggests that it is a topic of interest to many others. The question is about the role of a ScrumMaster with regards to the daily scrum or stand-up meeting. There seems to be some confusion about whether ScrumMasters should attend these meetings and, if so, what their role should be.
